1. Is there a separate RMK site for employees (internal candidates) and external candidates?​  No. The same site URL is used. ​
2. What happens when a user clicks on Careers?​ The employee is redirected to the RMK internal career site.
3. For customers who don’t have RMK, how will they enable ICS powered by CSB? They cannot. RMK implemented with CSB is a prerequisite for ICS​​
4. How does RMK know that I’m an employee or an external candidate? Do I need to authenticate in RMK? The IAS (Identify Authentication Service) will perform the authentication.​
5. As an employee, which jobs will I see in ICS?​ Once logged in as an employee a user only sees internal job postings
6. Can we have specific content for employees in the ICS?​ Yes. CSB configuration allows for components to appear for internal or external candidates or both.​
7. Does ICS need its own SSL? Because the same URL is used for internal and external career site, the same SSL certificate is used.
