3499127 - RE-FX contract - Change of cashflow status is not allowed anymore (error message RECD316)

Symptom

For certain contracts, the cashflow status shall be manually changed from PLAN to ACTUAL. 

While this was possible in the past, after an upgrade, following message is processed now: 

"The status cannot be changed for entries of the sales-based settlement"

Message No. RECD316" 

Is there a possibility to customize the message?
