3499225 - Demand assigned to a Contingent Worker is not displayed in app 'Manage My Timesheet'

Symptom

Demand generated from an Enterprise Project is not automatically displayed in the My Tasks tab of app 'Manage My Timesheet' for a Contingent Worker (CW).

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Generate a Demand for a Contingent Worker from an Enterprise Project;
  2. Login as the Contingent Worker and open app 'Manage My Timesheet';
  3. Open the 'My Tasks' tab;
  4. Notice that the demand generated in step 1 won't be displayed.

Cause

Only tasks from Purchase Orders (POs) - with account assignment type Cost Center and Project - and Customer Projects are automatically displayed under the My Tasks tab of app 'Manage My Timesheet' for a Contingent Worker.

Tasks generated from project Demands (related to Enterprise Projects) are not automatically displayed in the 'My Tasks' tab for Contingent Workers.

Resolution

It is still possible to manually record time for Enterprise Projects as a Contingent Worker (CW).

As mentioned in SAP Help Portal, "To enable this feature, the Receiver WBS Element field must be selected in S4H_EXT profile within the Maintain Data Entry Profiles (S/4HANA) configuration settings".

After doing so, the contingent worker must navigate to Manage My Tasks > Create Task > Other Accounting Object.
