3499260 - Delivery and Invoice Documents Were not Picked From Intrastat Item Worklist for Intrastat Declaration

You have created an Intrastat Declaration however relevant documents were not picked from Intrastat Item Worklist for declaration. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Intrastat work center
2. Go to Intrastat Declaration view
3. Select the relevant Intrastat Declaration ID 
4. Only few documents were picked up from the intrastat declaration run

The declarations are done based on delivery items and not invoice. If you check one of the reference document Customer Invoice, it was created based on Third Party Outbound Delivery. In case of third party scenario, you do not own the actual stock at your end, so it will not be consider third party documents in declaration run.

In the current version, the third party scenario is not supported. You need to manually add the reference items in the declaration document and submit to the statistical authorities.
