3499291 - Users with read-only authorization for documents can change the related Survey

User has read-only authorization for document (Opportunity, Ticket, Lead, etc) but still can change the related survey linked to it.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the related document, for example, Tickets;
2. Open the desired Ticket;
3. The document is not editable;
4. Go to Surveys tab;
5. Open the Survey;
6. You can change the Survey's answer and have Submit button and others available even though the Survey is Completed already.

The Access Restrictions are for the Survey design time and not for the Survey runtime. Surveys design time are Surveys shown in the Surveys Work Center. For Survey runtime (which would be the ones seen inside another document), there is no access restriction possible, since it's always embedded into the consumer UI.

This is the expected system behavior.
