3499348 - BP role "SAP Credit Management" (UKM000) is deleted from C4C

Role 'SAP Credit Management' (UKM000) is being deleted automatically by the system from C4C.

System works as designed.

Roles are transferred in current state which means that the roles in the target system are replaced by the roles from the payload.

To avoid role deletion, the segment Role filter should be defined accordingly in S4 to prevent role deletion via the APP 'Define Filter Criteria'.

Insert the business partner role filter as BP Role is not equal to UKM000 (the SAP credit management) then the role UKM000 will not be replicated to C4C and will not be deleted in S4HC when the C4C sends no role for UKM000. This method works for other BP roles as well.
