Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to the SAP SuccessFactors Platform.
2. Attempt to format the banner text to display in two lines.
Resolution
Currently, it is not possible to display banner text in two lines in SAP SuccessFactors Platform. An enhancement request can be raised to share this idea with SAP Product Management for potential future implementation.
