3499493 - Different Form in Preview of Billling Document in app Manage Billing Document

When you preview one billing document in app Manage Billing Document, you may notice the determined form is not the one you expect.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Manage Billing Document" app.
2. Select Billing Document A.
3. Two forms (such as X form and Y form) may exist in the Output Items.
4. Click on the Preview button at the top of the screen.
5. The business expects form X to be displayed as default always.
6. In some cases, the preview button displays form template Y.

The Preview button shows always the last Output Item with either Email or Print channel. 

Make sure the last output item is always the one you expect. You may try to have both output items/form determined by Output Parameter Determination configuration automatically by having different Recipients.
