3499674 - Issue with Translation of Tiles in SAP Fiori Launchpad ABAP Services

Symptom

• The translation of tiles and target mapping of the catalogs does not work as expected.
• The issue is observed with the catalogs: FSDM/ADMIN, /FSDM/MODELING, /FSDM/ANALYSIS_TASKS.
• The selection from WDY_CONF_USERT does not return any records.
• The Short Text Type mentioned in the documentation could not be located.
• The text could not be found using SE63 Transport Objects R3TR and table WDY_CONF_USER2.
