3499732 - App Aggregate Flows in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

App Aggregate Flows by Start Date is giving an error "No flows for aggregation under criteria specified. 0 flows aggregated".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open App tile Aggregate Flows.
2. App Aggregate Flows by Start Date is opened.
3. Provide the Company code ex. 1010.
4. Select check-box Aggregation Period.
5. Provide Number of Period = ex. 30.
6. Aggregation Frequency = Daily.

The Start Date for Actual Flows is defined in the Configuration Activity/SSCUI "Define Start Date for One Exposure" (ID: 106354).

How the Application Aggregate Flow by Start Date works is it will aggregate all the Actual cash flows before the start date configured in the above-mentioned configuration activity.

With this App Aggregate Flow by Start Date, can delete flows in One Exposure from Operations to simplify the blocking and deletion of personal data. Delete flows with certainty level ACTUAL in One Exposure and substitute them with aggregation flows, which do not contain any person-related information.

1. Provide Value Date = Start Date for One Exposure.
2. Certainty Level = Actual.
3. Check the actual cash flows before the date which will be aggregated.
