3499735 - IBP: OBP Planning Area using IBP_CONSUMPTION failing activation with error "Output PL attr. must be the union of the input PL attr"

• In an OBP planning area when configuring a key figure to use the IBP_CONSUMPTION function (i.e. FORECASTOPENRT), the plan area fails activation (or check) with the following error: 
  Calculation FORECASTOPENRT@DAYPRODLOCDEMAND: Output PL attr. must be the union of the input PL attr
• Reviewing the planning level of the input and output key figures, you can't see where the problem is.
• There may even be another planning area with the same use of IBP_CONSUMPTION and the activation is successful.
• An example of the key figure calculation:
