3499761 - "The new password is too long. Passwords cannot be longer than 0 characters" error when creating new users

Symptom

  • The error "The new password is too long. Passwords cannot be longer than 0 characters" displays when trying to create a new user.
  • In CMC -> Authentication -> Enterprise, the error "The property ID SI_ENFORCE_PASSWORD_RESTRICTED_SEQUENCES does not exist in the object (FWM 08007)" shows up.
