When viewing a banner, the image may look stretched/cropped/zoomed.

The issue may lie on the resolution of the image that has been uploaded. A patch in 1H 2024 changed the image size recommendation from 1440x250 pixels to 1920x250 pixels but the label on the interface stating the recommended resolution was not updated. The label will be updated to the proper recommendation in the 2H 2024 release.

Please utilize the proper recommended resolution of 1920x250 which will assist in making sure the image is not stretched/cropped/zoomed, as mentioned in the product guide. If the image still seems stretched/cropped/zoomed, this could be due to a smaller screen resolution. On smaller screens, the sides of the uploaded image are cropped, while on screens larger than 1920 pixels, the top and bottom of the uploaded image are cropped to keep the image aligned with the sides of the screen. This behavior cannot be changed.
