3499787 - Task Chains fail with sub-status: FAIL_CONSENT_EXPIRED

Symptom

  • Task Chains and import jobs on SAP Datasphere show a status of FAILED in the System Monitor Logs.
  • The FAILED Task Chains entries show a Substatus of FAIL_CONSENT_EXPIRED.

Cause

Consent has expired for the user in question, per the description of Substatus: FAIL_CONSENT_EXPIRED.

Resolution

Check and enable the user-defined settings for Authorized Consent, for the user whose jobs are failing.
