Symptom
- After one workflow finished, it takes around 10 minutes to start another new workflow. Usually it should take a shorter time.
- You can find below delays in job trace log:
MM-DD-YY 09:39:26 (xxx:xxx) WORKFLOW: Work flow <A> is completed successfully.
MM-DD-YY 09:48:37 (xxx:xxx) WORKFLOW: Work flow <B> is started.
