3500270 - Migration Cockpit app is missing in Development tenant

Symptom

For 3SL systems, the "Migrate Your Data - Migration Cockpit" Fiori application is missing in Development (080 client).

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

Try to find and open the Migration Cockpit in the Development system.

Resolution

The Migration Cockpit isn't available in the Development tenant (Client 080), but can be accessed in the Customizing tenant (Client 100).
