3500322 - Error: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException when Sending Email via Office365 Smtp Server

Symptom

When trying to send out an email via office365 smtp server in Commerce cloud, the following error can can be seen in logs

Caused by: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the user credentials were incorrect. [FR4P281CA0401.DEUP281.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM 2024-07-15T09:21:53.788Z 08DCA45866061464]
