3500360 - Error "&1 exceeds maximum legth 10" or "Bank account &1 doesn't exist. Specify a valid one" in Import Memo Records 2.0 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When using the Import Memo Records 2.0 app, error messages as following might be shown:

• &1 exceeds maximum length 10
• Bank account &1 doesn't exist. Specify a valid one.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to the APP Manage Bank Accounts to find corresponding Account number.

2. Go to the APP Import Memo Record 2.0 then Download Template, enter the Account Number in the Bank Account ID field.

3. Upload File and the error will be displayed.

The field Bank Account ID(10) should enter Technical ID rather than Account Number.

1. Go to the APP Manage Memo Records 2.0.
2. Click the Create Button then enter the Company Code and Memo Record Types.
3. Single click the field named Bank Account ID and press the key F4(Help).
4. Find the Technical ID and corresponding Account Number.
5. Enter the correct Technical ID in the field Bank Account ID of the corresponding .xlsx document.
