You notice that the date time format of a custom field created is displayed in a different format than expected, for instance, you would expect the field to display the datetime in the Netherlands format, but it is displayed in English format.
Environment
SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
Cause
The custom field format displayed takes into consideration the browser settings of the current user, hence, if the browser settings are set as English and you expect Netherlands format only by logging in Dutch, this will be the standard behavior.
Resolution
It would be required to maintain the browser settings language on the desired language e.g. Netherlands to see the correct format of the date time field values.
