3500583 - Printout is missing, although the spool is successfully created

Symptom

An HU printing will be taken as example, but the same can happen with other type of EWM printings as well.

The PPF is set to be processed at „4 Processing when saving document” or „3 Immediate processing”, so the PPF is executed in the background.

According to the logs the printing seems to be successful, e.g. the following kind of log is shown in SLG1 for the PPF:

Date: ... Time: ...

Processing /SCWM/HULABEL is started

The form is printed out with the logon language EN

Printer ... determined from user profile

Option ... produces 001 number of copies

Form ... printed on printer ... (001 copies)
