3500628 - Error "You do not have permission to perform this action with the specified security domain" when using Send Email Notifications

Administrator receives a validation error when trying to send the email notification for a class using Send Email Notifications feature.

1. Go to Learning Administration >
2. Manage User Learning > 
3. Click on Send Email Notifications > 
4. Select Base Population: Class >
5. Search for a class and add it >
6. Validation error appears.

The Search Cohort permission is missing from the administrator's role due to which given validation error is coming while adding class after searching it in Send Email Notifications functionality.

Add the Search Cohort permission to the role assigned to the administrator like the following:

1. Navigate to Learning Administration >
2. System Administration >
3. Security >
4. Role Management >
5. Edit the role >
6. Go to Permissions tab >
7. Click add one or more from list >
8. Under Search section check the box for Search Cohort permission >
9. Click on Add.
