Symptom
Assigned Resources column from app 'Manage Project Demand' is empty, when exporting the table to a spreadsheet using the Export Table feature.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Open app 'Manage Project Demand';
- Navigate to the 'Resources' tab;
- Click on 'Export table';
- Open the Excel table generated in step 3;
- Notice that the 'Assigned Resources' column will be empty.
Cause
This is the standard system behavior. The 'Assigned Resources' column from app 'Manage Project Demand' is an Aggregated row, a feature that is not supported in SAP Spreadsheet Export.
Resolution
Since this is the expected behavior, the Assign Resources column will in fact be empty when exporting the table to a spreadsheet in app 'Manage Project Demand'.
Therefore, in order to populate it in Excel, the information must be inputted manually.
