3500699 - R3trans failing with RC-16 error "invalid column name: DBSQLTIMESTMP"

After a kernel upgrade or a redirected restore, R3trans -d fails with RC-16 and the SAP instance no longer starts.

In the trans.log you can see that it is querying table DDNTT  but fails with "invalid column name: DBSQLTIMESTMP"
