3500711 - Data Access Control Rights in Public Dimension Modified Without User Input

• The "TEAM:" prefix from DAC "Read" rights was automatically removed, leaving just the Team names.
• Removing this prefix puts model into invalid state as there does not exist a user named the Team name.
• The automatic changes should not be possible due to validation error, "848469 Remove Team Validation Warning.png" which was not observed 

• FPA Version: 2024.8.20
• Update Group: Group6-EU-CF

1. Log into User tenant
2. Navigate to Modeler tab
3. Go to Public Dimension Tables 
4. Search and select the affected table
5. Scroll to right under the Read and Write Columns 
6. The "TEAM:" prefix was observed to have been disappeared 

• The cause is currently under investigation by development 

• The resolution is currently under investigation by development 
• The current workaround is to manually add the prefix "TEAM:"
