3500761 - How to find Purchase Requisition deletion history

The history of deleted Purchase Requisitions within the SAP system needs to be identified.

1. Access Purchase Requisition related apps
2. Click on adapt filters on main scree
3. No filter related to Item Deletion

Deletion information is not part of Purchase Requisition app.

To find the deletion history of Purchase Requisitions, use the CDS View I_PurchaseRequisitionItemAPI01. This view includes the field IsDeleted, which indicates whether a Purchase Requisition item has been deleted.

By using this CDS View, it is possible to efficiently retrieve the deletion history and obtain the necessary information for audit, troubleshooting, or compliance purposes.
