3500765 - Only 1 rule per template is accepted for Conditional Sections in Offer Letters

Symptom

When adding a "Rule for Conditional Offer Letter Paragraph" system does not accept 2 rules for same template

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Manage Rules in Recruiting
  2. Select Job Application tab
  3. Select JR template 
  4. Scroll down to section Rule for Conditional Offer Letter Paragraph
  5. Click on Add Another
  6. Select template
  7. Try to save
  8. Page reloads with no saved new entry

Resolution

Product Manager has confirmed that this is not a defect, it was designed to only allow one rule to be entered per template.
