The WBS elements created/updated in SAP are not exported/replicated to Concur via Automatic Export.

Normally there is an inconsistency between the export configuration defined in APP Concur Integration Setup and the project profile property.

• The first step to solve this issue is to always check export configuration. Go to APP Concur Integration Setup > Project WBS Element > Change Export > Additional Settings. Check if "Do not export billing WBS elements of Professional Service Projects" has been selected.

• Then go to APP Project Control to check if this WBS element is billing-related.
• If "Do not export billing WBS elements of Professional Service Projects" has been selected and this WBS element is billing-related, the WBS elements will not be exported/replicated via Automatic Export to Concur.
