The WBS elements created/updated in SAP are not exported/replicated to Concur via Automatic Export.

Normally there is an inconsistency between the export configuration defined in APP Concur Integration Setup and the project profile property.

The first step to solve this issue is to always check export configuration. Go to APP Concur Integration Setup > Project WBS Element > Change Export > Additional Settings. Check if "Do not export billing WBS element" has been selected. Then go to APP Project Control to check if this WBS element is billing-related. If "Do not export billing WBS element" has been selected and this WBS element is billing-related, the WBS elements will not be exported/replicated via Automatic Export to Concur.
