3500772 - Application error when approving Higher Duty workflow

When line Manager tries to submit/resubmit workflow, an application error occurs.

Workaround

In the workflow configuration object being used in the rule, make sure the Edit transaction field is set to Edit with route change.

Once the workflow is sent back and has to be resubmitted, instead of clicking on resubmit, click on update and send the workflow as an update operation instead. This should trigger another workflow popup and set the new workflow status back to pending.
