3500791 - Different behaviour of the update in LIKP-VBELN/XLIKP-VBELN in transactions VL10* and VL01N

Symptom

In the background processing (VL10*) the copy routine logic is called multiple times, LIKP-VBELN/XLIKP-VBELN is updated during the second call but in the dialog (VL01N) the value in LIKP-VBELN/XLIKP-VBELN is always initial during the call of copy routine.
