A runtime error DBSQL_TABLE_UNKNOWN related to the table '/RSC/T_CEM_PARMS' occurs during the SPDD adjustment in the ACT_UPG phase.
The following information could be found in the ABAP DUMP.
The current ABAP program "/1BCDWB/DB/RSC/T_CEM_PARMS" had to be terminated because it found a statement that could not be executed.
This is table "/RSC/T_CEM_PARMS", or another table which the statement wants to access.
