3500831 - No replication triggered after deletion of Cost Element/Cost Center/Profit Center Group empty Hierarchies

Symptom

You have created a Cost Element/Cost Center/Profit Center Hierarchies in MDG without any assignment, the same is replicated in the target systems. Now, when you perform a deletion of such hierarchy in MDG-F, you realize that the recorded is deleted properly from MDG-F UI but there is no replication triggered and the record in the target systems are not deleted.
