3500879 - Dump During Creation of Production Order from Production Request

When you try to create Production Order with Full Quantity from Production Request 999(where 999 is the Production Request ID) you will encounter a dump.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Production Control workcenter and Production Requests view.

2. Find and select Production Request 999  and click on Create Order - Full Quantity.

You will encounter a dump.

This error occurs when input products in the Bill of Materials and Production Proposal/Request are different.

Ideal process to change the input product is:
1. Create new production proposal
2. Go to Supply control workcenter and production proposal view.
3. Edit production proposal.
4. Go to Products tab and Input products sub tab
5. Select the product and Delete
6. Click on Add Row to add new product 
7. Save & Release.
