SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Management

1. Create a new leave request using the Time Type "Childcare Leave"
2. After submission, we observed that existing childcare leave records were recalculated, even though no changes were needed.

• The product enhancement (TIM-45986) is currently in progress.

• Our product team is working on potential improvements for future releases.
• In the meantime, we recommend disabling absence reallocation in the Time Management Configuration and using the Time Management Recalculation Event (TMRE) as needed.
• An enhancement ticket, TIM-45986, has been created for this.
