3500970 - Why are event timestamps different in my source system than in my Process Intelligence workspace?

Why are event timestamps different in my source system than in my Process Intelligence workspace? E.g. for Invoice Posting creation event:

• SAP source system: 13:50:49
• Process Intelligence: 11:50:49

The TIMESTAMP column value for ACDOCA in the SAP Source system is in the UTC timezone. The SAP GUI however will convert the timestamp value from UTC to your local timezone when viewing event information. Process Intelligence imports the ACDOCA TIMESTAMP column data, not the SAP GUI converted data.

You can either continue to work with the UTC timestamp or you can perform a timestamp conversion in the Transformation stage of your ETL process to adjust the timestamps to your timezone.
