3501255 - Output Parameter Determination rules not determining correctly the fields on output creation

The automatic output creation is not correctly created. The output is being created automatically but there are some fields empty, such as 'Ctry/Region', 'Language' and 'Form Template'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Possible causes:

1. Missing/wrong configuration.
2. Document outdated.

Respectively for each cause:

1. The official documentation should be checked and all the current configuration must be revised to see if they attend the requirements: Setting Up Output Management (1LQ)
2. If the Output rules were updated, a new document must be generated to check if the behavior has changed. Old documents will not be updated.
