3501377 - WebGUI screen freezes when navigating through transactions with PERSONAS activated

Symptom

When navigating from one transaction to another transaction in Fiori or SAP GUI for HTML, with PERSONAS activated, the screen freeze and the content does not load.

Specific examples:

  • Screen freezes when navigated from Manage sales order application(F1873) by clicking create and then selecting Create sales order - VA01 option.
  • Screen freezes when navigated from Transaction V.02 to Transaction VA02
  • FLB1 Menu button does not work and user won't able to perform any action and screen will be freeze.

Issue occurs only when SAP screen personas is active (blue bar and P icon is visible on top of the WebGUI screen)
