3501380 - Planned Date/Time of enhanced shortcut freight order does not consider the operating time

Users use an enhanced shortcut FO scenario refer to the SAP Blog in See Also.

It is expected that the Planned Date/Time of FO will consider the operating time of calendar resource, which is assigned to the location.
