Environment

Cause
Resolution
- Clarify which authorization object is missing.
For this,
- Reproduce the issue in SAP Datasphere
- In the source system, execute tcode SU53 or /nSU53 and check which authorization object is missing for the user used in the source connection.
Example: in case of S_DHAMBSLT missing: - Double click the entry to check if connection user has a role including the corresponding authorization object. For this check, tcode SU56 or /nSU56 or /nSUIM or SUIM also can be used.
a. If connection user has no role assigned
b. If connection user has a role including the corresponding authorization object
Role and profile name can be confirmed here. - If connection user already has a role, execute tcode PFCG or /nPFCG and input the role name (2-b case) and check the status of authorization objects
by clicking "Change Authorization Data" in Authorization tab.
If the corresponding authorization object has an open auth (yellow light) as below, fix it.
If any support to fix the problem in tcode PFCG is required, open a case under the component BC-SEC-USR.
