3501540 - Fields Disappear from Expanded Tiles in Company Structure Overview

Symptom

Issue with visibility on fields on the company structure overview.

When expanding individual tiles on the company structure overview, some fields will appear for example – Allocated FTE:1, however when expanding more than one tile on the structure overview, these details disappear.

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Company Structure Overview via Org Chart.
On Company Structure, select 'organizational structure', then search 'group'.
When expanding tiles on the left, all the fields appear however when expanding more than one field on the page, some fields disappear.

Cause

This is an expected behaviour.

Based on threshold when the view is in compact view, only few fields show. Refer guideLink.
Also, if you expand two or more nodes, then the structure is always displayed in Compact View. The Threshold for Compact View is not regarded.

Resolution

Our Engineering Team have confirmed this is expected behaviour, this is happening to keep readability on the page when multiple tiles are opened.
If you hover on the single tiles, you will notice that all the relevant fields are displayed in the popup.
