Onboarding custom cards are not visible on the candidate’s home page.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
The card’s target population is configured to include only employees, which excludes external users (candidates).
Resolution
Update the target population settings for the relevant card category to include all external users. After adjusting the target population, the custom cards should become visible on the candidate’s home page.
