3501635 - Country is printed in other language than English in output for Sales Documents

The country of the receiver is being printed in another language instead of English in output form.

For example: 'United States' (English) is being printed as 'Estados Unidos' (Portuguese).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to 'Display Sales Orders' (VA03) and open a Sales Order;
2. Click on 'Header Output Preview';
3. Select an output item and click on 'Display Document';
4. On the 'Ship-to Address' section, the country shows on a language that is not english.

In overseas transactions, the receiver country's name in the output form is displayed on the sender country's language.

For example: if the sender country is Brazil, the receiver country is going to be printed on Brazil's official language, Portuguese.

Therefore, this is the system standard behavior.

It's possible to set the receiver country's name to be displayed in English instead of the sender country’s language by using the activity 'Name of the Recipient Country in English in Output Forms' (ID: 106025).
