3501640 - Login message when trying to open document in Work Queue after CSD migration - Onboarding 1.0

Customer did the CSD migration. After that when user is trying to open document from candidate completed activities in the main work queue, system redirect them to login page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Log into Onboarding
2. Go to main work queue
3. Filter candidates by all completed activities
4. Try to open any candidates document from here
5. System shows login page

This could be an issue with URL configuration between "SuperAdmin" and "Provisioning". 

1. In SuperAdmin, go to Account Option > SAML > Security.SAML20.Audience   URL
2. Go into Provisioning > Assertion Consumer Service > URL 
3. Make sure the URLs entered here are matching with SuperAdmin URL. In the URL "ONB" is case sensitive.
