3501653 - Missing ProductGroupID in Downloaded Code List File

Symptom

Code List Group "ProductGroupID " is missing in the downloaded excel file of Code List in C4C.

Environment

SAP Cloud for customer, SAP ERP, S4HANA

Reproducing the Issue

1.Go to Business Configuration work center
2.Go to Download Code List
3.Select the Code List Mapping Group
4.Select the Language
5.Select CSV Delimiter ","
6.Then click on download button
7.Excel file will be downloaded into your system
8.You can observe missing ProductGroupID in the list

Cause

In the downloaded excel .csv file for code list mapping, ProductGroupID will not be present as ProductGroupID is not the part of automatic mapping in C4C.

Resolution

You have to create the ProductGroupID mapping manually in C4C as this is not part of automatic code list mapping .
