3501661 - Navigating Datasphere Challenges: Using XDL File Import Functionality

Symptom

In the context of importing files from XDL to Datasphere, there are some limitations. In this KBA we will see how to overcome these challenges:

  1. DataSphere does not have the capability to automatically skip header and footer lines in a file. 
  2. DataSphere is not configured to automatically skip empty lines in a file.
  3. DataSphere does not have the ability to record the name of the imported file.
