3501684 - Error message : "Cannot perform CRUD operations on Employee BPs with API_BUSINESS_PARTNER"

While creating an employee business partner using API_BUSINESS_PARTNER, the following error message appears: 

"Cannot perform CRUD operations on Employee BPs with API_BUSINESS_PARTNER".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

It is not possible to create an employee business partner using API_BUSINESS_PARTNER

An employee business partner can be created through success factors or from the Manage Workforce App - Manage Workforce.
