3501711 - XML attachments in tickets are shown in email body via Gmail

Symptom

You are sending outbound emails from tickets and you have attached an XML file. You notice that when the email is received by a Gmail account, the attachment is reaching the recipient in the e-mail body, not as an attachment. 

With other email providers, this may be different, i.e. the file is attached.
