SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Go to the performance tab and open the target form.
2. Click on the comment button in the goal details tab.
3. The comment popup displays, but no comment is showing.

4. Enter a comment and click send. The error message "You do not have permission to access this template" occurs.

The user does not have the necessary permission - goal plan access permission in Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

As mentioned in Integration with Performance Management guide,
"If you use the latest Goal Management and you enabled the auto-sync feature in Performance Management, please be aware of the following:
 Users need permission for the target goal plan to perform CRUD operations (create, read, update, delete) on their reports' goals."

Please add goal plan access permission in RBP for the user and refresh RBP in provisioning.
After that, user needs to log in system again. Then user will be able to read other users' comment and leave comment.
