3501972 - Segmentation fault (core dumped) ...com.sap.xs2rt.installation.impl.util.ClearFSSS 0<&0

Installation of XS advanced runtime is failing with below mentioned error message:

You can find hs_err_<pid> file, but not from path /hana/shared/<SID>/xs. You find it from other folder, such as /hana/shared/<SID>/HDB <xx>. In the file, many paths are listed under "LD_LIBRARY_PATH".
