3501975 - Infinite loading of Manage Launchpad Spaces and Manage Launchpad Pages

• When open Manage Launchpad Spaces and Manage Launchpad Pages after initial loading it keeps loading forever with busy indicator
• Or (Error "Invalid Entry" is raised for Ledger field when navigating from Trial Balance  to Display Line Items in General Ledger)
