Symptom

  • You have created an Email Campaign with an URL containing a Reserved Character (e.g., :, /, ?, #, [, ], @, !, $, &, ', (, ), *, +, ,, ;, =).
  • When you send your Email Campaign, the URL Reserved character is changed(eg. for ' is changed to &#x27).
